Mother Henn Fitness

Does anyone else have trouble remembering passwords that they never ever use, because all your devices are always logged in? And then completely flip out when you actually need to use it, but said application denies it 100 times, only to not let you use it as the new password, because you already used it recently? It's the story of my password life. And I never need them when I'm at home, so saving them on a desktop or whatever would do me not good. Why must everything be so complicated? Anyway, that's pretty much the reason my Mother Henn Fitness posts will be showing up here, until I take the time to remember my other google password, and set up the other .blogspot blog I have dedicated for those posts.

I signed up for Jessie Mundell's Postnatal Fitness Specialist Academy! If I'm diligent, I will have a certification in pre-and-postnatal physical training roughly 10 weeks from now! I am so excited! This is something I've been contemplating for a while now, and I can't believe I'm doing it! I've kind of been avoiding any type of hardcore learning, pretty much since I graduated college in 2010, mostly due to laziness and an irrational fear of failure. This time, my fear isn't so much that I won't pass the test, but that I won't know or retain enough to actually teach or train someone else. I really want to be able to help myself, and at the very least my friends, to have the best physical life they can while in their childbearing years, and really want to have credible knowledge and skills to impart. This certification is a step closer to being able to achieve that goal. And! The Girls Gone Strong have also put out a program specifically for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are postpartum called Moms Gone Strong, and they're working on making a certification in that available too! I don't think Jessie's certification is accredited, but the GGS one is going to be, so I'll feel more confident knowing I have that, once I get it. I'm excited, and nervous, and can't wait to share this journey with you!
